MAKING BLOOD RUN AT THE LONDON DUNGEONS 💉
The London Dungeons asked for (we joke not) an idea that was so shockingly controversial it would get banned - because they wanted PR.
But we thought, why not get PR for the right reasons?
So we went against the brief and pitched them the idea of making the Dungeons somewhere you could give blood in a partnership with the NHS.
They bloody loved it (and so did the NHS actually)! Fingers crossed we’ll have Dungeon’s visitors braving the needle very soon.
*update* Unfortunately covid took care of this one :(

Every family is a Cineworld family
In 2019, Cineworld wanted to refresh their Family campaign - where if 2 kids go, 2 adults get tickets at kids prices.
We set about coming up with some nice art directions and shoot ideas, but when we looked into the family ticket a little more, we found a lot of people online weren’t happy with it. Because the ticket is made for a traditional ‘nuclear’ family of 4, families that were made up a little differently couldn’t benefit from it. We also found that the competitor cinema chain *cough cough Odeon* did the same thing.
So we proposed (kind of boldly) that in 2019 rather than just promoting the family ticket, they actually change the way it works - so families of 2, 3 5 or whatever number could benefit from it.
We proposed a big shoot with families of every kind, that celebrated the fact that to us, every family is a Cineworld family, unlike other cinema chains.
The client thought it was absolutely brilliant. But they didn’t want to do it. Because effort.
Gutting. But we’re still really proud of this idea and the art direction for this shoot is definitely something we’re going to suggest again at some point in our careers (because it’s so cute!)
